Allseating has launched a new healthcare product in collaboration with industrial designer, Nick Gillissie.
A new modular seating solution, The Recovery Pod is aimed at hospitals and triage centres and has been launched to address some of the additional pressures faced by health services during the coronavirus outbreak.
Equipped with USB charging ports, a side table, and privacy walls; the custom recovery pod was conceptualised using existing parts from Allseating’s modular soft-seating line, Exchange.
And it can be easily and affordably reconfigured and covers can be reupholstered, meaning that at any time, it can be converted into seating for waiting areas, staff lounges, family rooms, and other settings.
