MedeAnalytics has announced the appointment of Melanie Clark to the role of client support consultant.
In her new role, Clark will provide advice and support to NHS organisations and assist existing clients who are implementing an informatics solution from the company.
Having worked in the healthcare sector for six years, her previous roles have included the provision of training and customer service for EMIS solutions, and the management of a variety of data solution implementations for NHS Camden primary care trust.
She said: “With the NHS under increasing strain to provide a better service to patients while reducing costs, it is becoming more and more important for NHS organisations to make the most of their data to deliver the high level of healthcare required while keeping budgets under control.
“Having worked in the NHS for more than three years, including supporting the NHS National Programme for IT for the Camden area, I am delighted to be part of the MedeAnalytics team and look forward to helping NHS organisations with the implementation and support for a range of innovative solutions.”
