Contractors invited to tender for Guys and St Thomas refurbishment

Guys and St Thomas NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications to tender for external refurbishment works to the Tower Wing buildings. The final date for the receipt of requests to participate is 20 June, with tenders due to be invited at the end of July. The £1m scheme will include the communications tower, link bridge and user tower and improving the overall energy efficiency through provision of new external cladding and windows. Work is expected to start on site in November.
