Drive DeVilbiss acquires Sidhil Group Limited

Takeover of UK’s leading manufacturer of hospital and home healthcare beds

Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Drive DeVilbiss Healthcare, a global manufacturer and distributor of medical products, is pleased to announce the acquisition of Sidhil Group Limited, effective from January 6.

Terms of the transact ion were not disclosed.

Sidhil Group Limited has proudly designed and manufactured healthcare product s in the UK for over 130 years, currently at its state-of -the -art, 105,000sq ft facility in Halifax, West Yorkshire and with a nationwide service centre network.

The company is a worldwide manufacturer of hospital and long-term care beds, pressure prevention products, and a range of aids for daily living, and is a leading provider to the homecare, acute care and long-term care markets across the country and throughout Europe.

Sidhil’s focu s on research and development keeps their product portfolio at the height of technological development.
