Assura Group has announced the completion of its latest health centre development in Milford Haven, South Wales.
The £4.8m project was delivered in conjunction with LSP Developments and covers 22,249sq ft. It incorporates two medical practices, a Cohens Pharmacy and space for local health board community staff. It also features ground and first-floor expansion space for GP and community facilities.
Andrew Darke, managing director of property at Assura Group, said: “It’s been great working with LSP Developments on yet another project, which will provide two medical practices with modern, efficient and spacious facilities to boost the patient experience in the area. We’re very happy with the completed centre, the latest addition to our portfolio in Wales.”
Dr Mackintosh, lead GP at Robert Street Surgery, added: “Our team is delighted with the new facilities - it’s a major step forward for patients and the local community to have a large and up-to-date health centre with many facilities under one roof.”
The architect on the scheme was West Hart Partnership and the contractor was Opco Construction.
