Ingenica Solutions announces chief executive appointment and senior executive team restructure

Company welcomes former healthcare chief executive of AXA and Bupa

Nicola Hall and David Ford, founders of Ingenica Solutions, have announced the appointment of Dr Damien Marmion as chief executive to the senior executive team to lead the business through to the next phase of growth.

The company has already grown markedly, expanding its substantial footprint in the healthcare market to secure a dominant position as the leading inventory management solution provider to the NHS.

Dr Marmion brings a wealth of experience in scaling fast-growing businesses and has a strong, highly-established background in healthcare spanning more than 25 years.

Most recently, he held the role of chief executive at AXA Health Global Business Line, and was previously the chief executive at BUPA’s UK health insurance business, including international experience across Hong Kong, India and Singapore.

Ingenica’s rapid growth has been driven through the excellent results and ROIs obtained by its clients. It is also the first solution in the UK to achieve GS1 certification for inventory management.

Company founder, Hall, is moving to the role of chief operating officer, specifically to stay closer to the day-to-day business, customers and market within the UK.

She said: “This expanded leadership at Ingenica will help us scale up the business for further growth.

“This is an incredibly-positive sign of how much we have grown and our future potential. It is a new chapter in the Ingenica journey.”

“I believe Ingenica will make an even-greater contribution to cost savings in the NHS and the wider healthcare sector.

“It’s a pivotal time to be leading the business and I look forward to working closely with the founders and contributing to Ingenica’s continued success.”
