MedeAnalytics appoints client support consultant

Kerry Stickland has 10 years experience in healthcare informatics

MedeAnalytics International has announced the appointment of Kelly Stickland as a client support consultant.

Stickland has more than 10 years of informatics experience, working for several trusts including NHS North Birmingham and University Hospitals of Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust. Over the past five years, she has been a senior information analyst at the Central Eastern Commissioning Support Unit. During this time, she played a key part in the development of reporting structures and also led the local implementation of MedeAnalytics’ business intelligence tool and the accompanying invoice validation module.

She has previously worked with a variety of groups including clinical commissioning groups, GPs, the Department of Health, and strategic health authorities. Her experiences will be of great advantage in her new role as client support consultant, where she will facilitate the successful execution of client services including implementation, training, enhancements and service support.

She said: “Having been a client of MedeAnalytics for the past 18 months, it was clear that the visions and values of the company were something that I could relate closely to. The drive and ambition of MedeAnalytics to make healthcare information accessible and understandable, coupled with my knowledge of the NHS, makes this career move very exciting for me.”

Paul Fitzsimmons, managing director of MedeAnalytics International, added: “As Kelly came from the client side, she is an experienced information specialist with particular skills in engaging clinicians and managers with actionable information. She is a great addition to the team and further strengthens our service offering, we are extremely excited to have her on board.”
