OLM, an independent social care software and services provider, has announced the appointment of Paul Clark as children’s social care practice lead and solutions specialist.
OLM has made a significant contribution to the digital modernisation and advancement of social care in the UK and has made several new appointments recently to support continued market growth as it celebrates 30 years of delivering innovation and investment in health and social care.
An experienced professional in the social care sector, Clark brings more than 10 years experience to the role, as a former practitioner, manager, and supporting best practice via his time as a policy and procedures development manager, fulfilling roles at Hartlepool Borough Council and Stockton-on-Tees Council, prior to working, most recently, as business development manager at Servelec.
He will be working between the product, sales, and marketing functions, ensuring that OLM has the right products and services needed within the children’s social care sector.
As the owner of the children’s model office within OLM’s Eclipse Case Management System, he will also promote best practice and ensure all legislative changes are reflected in the system; supporting customers’ current and future requirements.
