Off-site specialists win four-year government deal

Premier Interlink has been accepted onto the Government’s national framework agreement for the provision of modular buildings.

All buildings developed under the four-year deal will be constructed using steel or wood-framed systems; a solution that reduces on-site construction time to as little as four to 12 weeks.

Commenting on the announcement, David Harris, divisional director at the company, said: “This award is recognition of our commitment to providing clients with world-class solutions and our proven track record of providing innovative and highly cost-effective building solutions with surety of cost - a massive benefit in these times of austerity and budget cuts.”

The framework includes the provision of healthcare environments for consultation, patient accommodation and operating theatre units both for purchase and hire or lease.

Also accepted onto the framework is modular build specialist, Portakabin.
