Premier Modular, one of the UK’s leading offsite construction specialists to the healthcare sector, has been awarded a place on the new £330m LHC Modular Buildings Framework.
Premier’s appointment to the framework covers the design, supply and installation of both temporary and permanent modular buildings to NHS trusts, and other public bodies for the next four years.
LHC is one of the longest-established public sector procurement specialists. Its MB2 framework includes wards, theatre blocks, hospital extensions, health centres, and facilities for mental healthcare. The framework is designed to give healthcare providers easy access to modular buildings for hire and bespoke offsite solutions for permanent applications.

Premier’s appointment on the new framework follows a rigorous selection process which included a detailed assessment of the quality and technical performance of its offsite building systems.
