Booking open for Infection Prevention and Containment - Preparing for the Next Crisis 2016

Registration is now open for the Infection Prevention and Containment - Preparing for the Next Crisis 2016 conference, which is being organised by Cleanroom Technology and Building Better Healthcare to provide an overview of the likely future trends and possible solutions.

This one-day conference and exhibition will look at the loss of antibiotics and the future impact on the prevention of infections in hospitals.

To be held at The Belfry Hotel in Nottingham on 12 May, it will feature a variety of speakers focusing on topics including hand hygiene, consumables, water treatment, cleaning regimes, and room sterilisation.

Speakers at the event will include: Professor Alan Johnson , head of the Department of Healthcare Associated Infection and Antibiotic Resistance at Public Health England; Pixy Strazds , lead practitioner for infection prevention and control at Nottinghamshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and Infection Prevention Society (IPS) Trent branch co-ordinator; Richard Sinden from SUEZ; and Professor Jean-Yves Maillard from Cardiff University’s School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Science.
