Teal has welcomed Vicky Taylor to its LifeCare Team as Interior Solutions Manager for the northern region, as the company looks to strengthen its focus not only on challenging environments, but also consultative design.
Based in Lancashire, Vicky has responsibility for the ‘LifeCare’ brand and Teal’s award winning range of furniture and interior solutions for CAMHS, older adults, Learning disabilities, PICU, medium secure, eating disorders, autism and dementia.
Vicky joins Teal with extensive experience designing for multiple sectors, with a particular focus on healthcare and designing for challenging environments. With previous experience gained as Interior Design Associate at Gilling Dod Architects, she successfully led the Interior Design team in delivering outstanding schemes for the last 14 years.
Based on good design, Teal’s innovative, class leading products help to transform environments and create therapeutic, contemporary and non-clinical interiors that complement latest service user led design thinking. Teal are preferred framework approved suppliers to NHS England and Wales (NHS Furniture for Challenging Environments and Multi-sensory Equipment) with an established projects team and a proven track record in supplying and installing stylish, contemporary interiors. Teal deliver large refurbishment, state-of-the-art new build projects and smaller bespoke programmes, with a full project management service, nationwide.
Under the leadership of Chris Watson, head of sales for Teal’s HealthCare and LifeCare brands, Vicky Taylor is focusing on building on Teal’s well established reputation in the sector. ‘Vicky is a welcome addition to the LifeCare team, and will continue to support NHS mental health services and private providers, with a focus on customer support and aftercare’ says Watson.
