Building Better Healthcare has rounded up the tech companies selected by the NHS and other healthcare providers for technology projects in June, as well as some notable launches

Building Better Healthcare has taken a look at the latest technologies NHS Trusts and other healthcare providers have integrated into their systems to advance their digital evolution in June 2025.

Looking at the general healthcare landscape in June, the UK government announced a three-year spending review on 11 June. It earmarks a real-terms increase in NHS day-to-day funding, averaging +3% annually. 

This will amount to an extra £29 billion per year by 2028–29 for the NHS.

Medical imaging 

Barts Health NHS Trust has become the first NHS provider to implement Anonymise and Export, a new feature from medical imaging company Sectra.
