This one-day masterclass will provide delegates with the tools and techniques for assessing the value and effectiveness of a medical device before it goes to market and in order to meet CE marking and regulatory approval. Presentations will cover: how to analyse the potential sales volume and economic impact of a new device; usability testing; gathering and using patient data; testing of medical devices in a healthcare setting; using simulation to assess medical devices; selecting and running a clinical evaluation; and selling evidence to the procurer.
