Contract interiors specialist, Gradus, has launched Boulevard Stripe HD, a new range of high-performance barrier carpet.
With its striking linear design, Boulevard Stripe HD is manufactured from 100% Aquafil solution-dyed nylon. It features tufted-cut pile, incorporating a heavy scraper fibre for optimum dirt removal, and has excellent moisture retention properties.
Ideal for use in any area of a building prone to soil and moisture damage, Boulevard Stripe HD provides a cost-effective alternative to primary barrier matting, especially in commercial environments. It can be used as stand-alone matting or in conjunction with Gradus Boulevard 5000HD secondary barrier carpet, as well as Esplanade 8000, Esplanade Plus and Access primary barrier matting.
Available in 2m rolls with impervious PVC backing, it comes in a choice of two colourways: Magpie, featuring a light-grey stripe and a Light Reflectance Value (LRV) of 3.85, or Raven, which has a darker grey stripe and an LRV of 2.48.
The product is BSEN 13501-1 Cfl-s1 fire rated, and has been tested to BSEN 1307 for wear resistance. For additional peace of mind, it also comes with a five-year wear warranty.
