Solutions provider to sponsor Working Together Award

Pure Cloud Solutions is the latest company to sign up to support the 2014 Building Better Healthcare Awards.

The Staffordshire-based firm is sponsoring the Working Together Award, one of two gongs available in the ‘People’ category of this year’s competition.

The award will recognise projects that have mobilised a team of people to devise and implement a change that has improved working conditions.

Pure Cloud Solutions provides a wide breadth of services and solutions to the health and social care sectors. Its aim is to enable the health service with not only the right technology, but to help health boards manage their business more efficiently and effectively.

The company’s product portfolio includes expenditure control and cost analysis systems, safety and security solutions, managed LAN and security services, intelligent voice networks, wireless network solutions for bring your own device (BYOD), internet cabling, and managed internet connectivity. Pure Cloud also offers a consultancy service to help tackle the complexity of available technologies and explain how they can benefit the health service.

Pure Cloud has worked with a number of operators including management at the Northbrook Health Centre in the West Midlands.

The centre was running outdated and disparate IT systems, with duplication of costs and an inability to manage the estate effectively.

However, after deploying an integrated communication solution from Pure Cloud Solutions the centre has now fixed all of its previous issues and has created an infrastructure with the foundations to support further extensive growth.

The solution included new hardware to upgrade the local area network, a managed voice network including call recording and storage, full wireless capability for staff and patients with full security control, and new internet connectivity.
