Archus welcomes Katie Wood as head of programme and project management

Healthcare infrastructure specialist appoints seasoned programme manager to support medical clients

Archus has announced the appointment of Katie Wood as its new head of programme and project management.

As a seasoned technical advisor, programme manager, and project director, her role will focus on supporting a broad range of clients in both the delivery of healthcare infrastructure and strategic initiatives from inception to completion, along with the ongoing development and expansion of programme and project management services at Archus.

Joining from Arup, Wood’s track record includes leadership of business cases, strategies, and major capital investments across a diverse range of healthcare programmes and projects in the UK and globally, including Australia, Canada, Peru, Ireland, and Singapore.

Alongside technical expertise, she is a passionate advocate for how the built environment can positively impact health and wellbeing.
