Artic Building Services has secured a healthcare facilities management (FM) with the London Ambulance Service NHS Trust.
Under the terms of the agreement, Artic will assume responsibility for the comprehensive maintenance of 62 sites across London and its surrounding counties, with the contract set to commence in April 2025.
The scope of the agreement encompasses the maintenance of mechanical and electrical assets, with a primary focus on heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems.
Artic Building Services’ selection for this contract was based on the company’s extensive experience and established reputation in the healthcare sector.

Artic has demonstrated a strong capability in providing high-quality mechanical and electrical maintenance services for NHS sites, particularly within acute and critical care environments.
The company’s adherence to the Health Technical Memoranda (HTM) ensures that all services are performed in accordance with the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.
The contract requires Artic to provide planned preventative maintenance (PPM) for HVAC systems across all 62 sites, including the London Ambulance Service’s central office in Waterloo.
Artic’s team of highly trained engineers will focus on maintaining the optimal performance and energy efficiency of HVAC systems, ensuring that they operate at maximum effectiveness while adhering to site-specific requirements.
