Supply chain management specialist announces second acquisition in recent weeks

GHX has announced the acquisition of Bradford-based TriSolve, continuing its expansion into the European healthcare market.

The take-over follows the previous acquisition of the France-based Beep-N-Track solution for the upcoming GHX implantable device supply chain solution.

“GHX is focused on lowering the cost of healthcare and increasing supply chain efficiency, not just in the US, but throughout Europe as well,” said Bruce Johnson, the company’s president and chief executive.

“This acquisition allows us to better serve our European client base, increase utilisation of GHX software services, and deliver on ambitious three-year European growth plans.”

GHX Europe was founded in 2001 in Belgium and now supplies its electronic trading exchange services and supply chain management solutions to the UK, Germany, The Netherlands, Switzerland and Spain.
