The private clinic treats adults seeking preventative and personalised healthcare, including those looking to assess health risks, manage existing conditions or optimise their long-term health and wellbeing.

The clinic was founded by Audrey Ottaviani-Lo Monaco, CEO and Functional Nutritional Therapist, and cardiologist Dr Francesco Lo Monaco.

Its clinical services cover cardiology and cardiovascular prevention, women’s health and fertility, men’s and sexual health, functional and longevity medicine, nutrition and metabolic health, mental health and neuropsychiatry, and clinical exercise and lifestyle medicine.

The multidisciplinary team includes doctors, functional medicine practitioners, dietitians and nutritionists, with specialists including Dr Simone Rofena, Professor Fabio Castiglione, Dr Sinead Sheridan and Dr Andy Zamar.

Variety of specialised diagnostic services

Both clinics offer diagnostic assessments covering more than 250 biomarkers, alongside genetic and biological-age testing.

Its diagnostic services include blood testing, genetic and microbiome analysis, full-body MRI and ultrasound, bone-density and body-composition scans, and VO2 max and metabolic fitness testing max and metabolic fitness testing.

The services also include cancer screening and genetic testing for inherited cardiovascular risks.

The clinic's founders said its approach is designed to identify health risks earlier and support patients with personalised care.

“Our aim is to combine conventional diagnostics with functional medicine, nutrition, sleep, stress management and mental-health support to build a clearer picture of each individual,” said Ottaviani-Lo Monaco.

“By bringing different specialists together, we can look beyond isolated symptoms and develop personalised plans that support the whole person.”

The opening will be marked by a private event at the Harley Street clinic on 24 September, featuring panel discussions with specialists from across the clinic's areas of care.
