Specialist healthcare infrastructure experts, Archus, have announced a new strategic partnership with sustainability consultancy, Square Gain, as part of a joint commitment to support the ambitions for the achievement of a net zero NHS by 2040.
The exclusive partnership builds on several projects the two companies are already delivering together as part of the move towards a greener NHS, including commissions with NHS Wales, North West London Integrated Care Board, and the authoring of technical guidance for the Net Zero Carbon Standard for Capital Projects of £15m-plus on behalf of NHSE&I.
Alongside expert advice in the development of zero-carbon and green buildings, the partnership will also offer NHS clients support in both strategy and implementation across the full spectrum of sustainability-related services, including environmental management systems, supply chain risk management, sustainable finance, ESG, corporate responsibility, and sustainable facilities management.
