Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures has joined the Neighbourhood Health Forum, a collective of private sector organisations working to support the delivery of neighbourhood health infrastructure across the UK.

Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures becomes the Forum’s 15th member, joining Bouygues UK, Equitix, Eric Wright Partnerships, Fulcrum Infrastructure Group, Galliford Try, gbpartnerships, Infracare, Invesis, Kajima Partnerships, Kier Construction, Robertson Group, Sewell Group, Vercity and Willmott Dixon Developments.
The Neighbourhood Health Forum was established in November 2025 to provide a collective private sector voice on the delivery of a neighbourhood health service and the development of new public-private partnership (PPP) models.
Its members collectively represent more than £10bn of health infrastructure across 1,400 health buildings.
Sir Robert McAlpine Capital Ventures has more than 25 years of experience in development, investment and operations, with more than 50 major projects completed across the UK.
