Jigsaw Medical has relocated its head office to Ellesmere Port near the Cheshire Oaks Shopping Centre, from Portal Business Park in Tarporley, which will remain a Jigsaw building for further ventures. The company now occupies Units 3 and 4 on The Oaks office park, with both units comprising a total of more than 7,500ft2 of accommodation.
Since its inception in 2012, Jigsaw has grown into a multimillion pound company with several divisions offering a variety of services such as frontline ambulance contracts, major event medical cover, education programmes from first aiders to paramedics, and medical cover in hostile and austere environments via its Special Operations team.
With this rapid growth, it became apparent that the head office in Tarporley was becoming too small. The size of the new 'Jigsaw House' will enable Jigsaw Medical to provide greater efficiency both internally and in how it serves its clients.
All of the teams currently located in Tarporley moved to Ellesmere Port; however, given the extra capacity, the teams can now be positioned much more strategically within different areas of the building, improving internal communication and therefore external efficiency.
Jigsaw now also has the ability to introduce essential office facilities and services, including an increased number of meeting rooms and a proper reception area. In addition, the Education and Training team will move from its training centre in Chester to a new Training Academy in Ellesmere Port, so that all aspects of the business will be able to work harmoniously in the new facility.
